Major renovation

In1993 the above property was in a serious state of disrepair. Described as mostly beyond repair until Mr Manir implemented and supervised a full refurbishment, ranging from restoring rotten floors, a collapsing roof, rotten roof timber, renewing sash windows, re-plastering the entire building, rewiring as well as new door frames and the external rendering.   Additionally, adjacent to the property Mr Manir built an extension alike the original building hence not changing the properties unique appearance. Appointed Architect was Nick Joyce.   

In recognition of his outstanding work and innovative approach Mr Manir was presented with an award by the Worcester City Council Mayor.
